This page explains what data the Lasotex website collects, why, who we share it with and what rights you have.
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is:
Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, areas of interest and message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you ask, to send you a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Traffic statistics (Google Analytics): only if you accept cookies. We learn which pages are visited, for how long, on what kind of device and browser, and from which country or approximate city. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Technical data: the server hosting the site automatically logs, for operation and security, data such as the IP address, the date and time of access and the page requested. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your message is not saved in a website database. It is sent through the Resend email service straight to the mailboxes of Lasotex's contact people. We keep it there for as long as we need to reply and for any cooperation that follows, then delete it.
We do not sell or rent your data. We use the following providers, who process it only on our behalf:
Some of these providers may transfer data to the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
The site uses cookies only for Google Analytics, and only after you accept them in the banner. Your choice is remembered in your browser so the banner does not reappear on every page.
